- Have Upgrade Opportunities been explained?
- Has Travel Insurance been explained? To avoid high cancellation fees we recommend you purchase travel insurance through an agent of your choice or Bethel Coach Tours can process your application for travel insurance with a reputable travel insurance company at any time (Derek's note: seems dearer than available in UK)
- Has Deposit/Cancel Policy been explained? (see below)
- Number in room/ who's with who, price expected.
- Insurance rates (see below). A $5 Insurance processing Fee is automatically charged.
- Deposit of $350 US dollars required, payable to BCT
- Do you need assistance finding a room-mate?
- Is hotel upgrade accepted?

- A BCT Reservation Agent will attempt to contact them within two working days of your submitting the form. If they are NOT contacted within that time period have them call the BCT office at 1-505-434-3944 to review, verify, and confirm their reservation.
