The benefits of a Bethel Trip
As foreign travel gets more stressful, unpredictable and unreliable, why not enjoy a truly relaxing weekend with your brothers; the benefits last a very long time!
You can experience first-hand the dedication, skill and spirit direction that comprises a bethel factory and home. It will broaden your vision of what is happening globally, as the spiritual education and preaching work reaches its peak.
It will forever increase your appreciation of what is happening, as well as any companions, children, non-believing mates, who may be travelling with you or who may tag along on parts of the tour.
There has been an increasing demand for our typical 3-day weekends, so 2010 offers a wider choice than ever for a thoroughly excellent theocratic break.
Many congregations have been on our tours several times, and so we have for 2010 increased the number of new optional features, venues and hotels. Bear in mind that these options may affect the cost of the trip.
The purpose of a Bethel Trip
We think that the main purposes and benefits of these trips are:
- To enjoy a faith-building tour of the Bethel facilities
- To get to know better the other passengers, including those who are not actually Jehovah's Witnesses, during leisure time at dinner, in the hotel lounge, and also on the coach
- To enjoy a leisurely break whilst sightseeing
You may be tempted by an evening West End Show. We do not organise these but you may wish to choose one of our "Free Time" options and arrange your own theatre booking while still benefiting from the rest of the shared discounts and trip features.
Foreign Bethel Trips
A Bethel Trip may feature one of the excellent Bethel homes in another land; we can help to take the stress out of this, by linking you with other pioneers and brothers who regularly organise these in that area. See the Germany and New York Bethel pages for more information.
