Usually we will produce proper personalised items for as many congregations as you need to include, and this will take a few days. A draft itinerary is usually produced first, in order to determine what interest and response you will get before all the detail is agreed. It is best to start by discussing one of our Standard Itineraries with your body of elders and then announce it at a service meeting to gauge initial reaction and likely timing, without obligation.
