Congratulations! You are the local coordinator!

Just click below to download some of the general paperwork needed to organise your trip. Some of it will need a password. Just email me on pray@sky.com or ring me on 01228 513 621, or 07800 900 426 and I will discuss it with you first.

Usually we will produce proper personalised organisational items for as many congregations as you need to include, and this will take a few days. A draft itinerary is usually produced first, without obligation, in order to determine what interest and response you will get before all the detail is agreed. It is best to start by discussing one of our Standard Itineraries [with a suggested date] with your body of elders and then announce it at a service meeting to gauge initial reaction and likely timing, without obligation. The trip has no risk to the congregation. It is a Theocratic Event.

We suggest that a sister does the actual collecting of names & deposits; they are invariably more effective at this; see our Coordinator Briefing for more guidance.

We make a provision toward the time and effort involved in being the local coordinator; see separate page regarding the current allowances and options.
