Please note that these are non-commercial theocratic guided tours, benefiting from experience gained in many trips from various towns. It is a satisfying hobby, which we know is of significant benefit to all who join us. We are not tour operators; we are merely accepting your kind invitation to organise your congregation or group trip, making massive savings in doing so. We cannot guarantee that any particular feature will be included in the trips, due to unforeseen limitations that may arise, but will endeavour to replace it with something available of similar value. Detailed itineraries and preferences will be worked out in agreement with your local elders, and your local coordinator who will be responsible for collecting deposits and payments, and keeping the group together. Various small assignments are made within the group to look after days-text, WT summary, catering, and captaining the separate groups when we split up into smaller groups at Museums. Some congregations count the attendance at the trip WT Summary Meeting (usually held at 5pm on Sunday) as an additional meeting of the congregation.
