£50 - £100 off: We include a budget on each trip of at least £50 for a local coordinator whose job is to collect names & payment from local passengers, using our readymade easy system, after agreeing with the local elders to make the trip an official Theocratic Event, enabling them to announce the trip to the congregation and put details on the notice board. This is valid if 40+ persons are brought to a 3-day London Bethel trip through that coordinator, from any source (sometimes from nearby congregations or additional passengers that we know of). Discuss with us if you are likely to obtain less than the 40 persons; we have several options. For 2012 we are giving £50 for each of TWO local publishers who help with the organising; this is often a sister and a brother... or double budget if one of them does all the work, locally agreed.
... or a totally free place: If you are a local coordinator who is willing to supervise your brothers on the first day (getting to London) and also on the last day (getting back home with the coach), using our London-savvy driver and our coach, you can have a totally free place yourself. Our theocratic guide will be with you for the middle day when most of the sights and touring are scheduled, possibly in addition to being with you for the first night at the hotel.
Also, up to 6 regular pioneers can usually travel for a subsidised £99 fare (excluding any add-ons such as London Eye, etc), subject to our checking of the costs of the trip with your local coordinator. (Betheltours is run totally by regular pioneers).
Why not sponsor your local pioneers on a trip? They are your full-time ministers, without pay! It is a very appropriate Theocratic Event for them.
Other discounts and incentives are available for collecting 4 or more names for most trips, including foreign Bethel trips.
